This means that there was something that the inspector did not like about the work performed. My suspicion is that the stem wall damage caused the red tag. I could be totally wrong though. I am heading out to the site now to kick over a few rocks. I will see what I can find out and get this issue resolved asap! Keep your fingers crossed that it is something minor

I thought I’d give a quick  update on the status of the house. I called in the rough plumbing inspection today. It is on schedule for tomorrow at 11:30 a.m. It appears that every thing is installed correctly and that the plumbing system is perfect. Keep your fingers crossed
