Our first RED TAG: Not Good
Well, today was our slab / stem wall inspection and we received our first red tag on the inspection. This means that there was something that the inspector did not like about the work performed. My suspicion is that the stem wall damage caused the red tag. I could be totally wrong though. I am heading out to the site now to kick over a few rocks. I will see what I can find out and get this issue resolved asap! Keep your fingers crossed that it is something minor
